Ratan Housing Development Ltd. is backed by a fantastic and professional Infrastructure where all in-house activities and services from designing to marketing and support are available. We are having more than 200 employees working behind the scene and about 50 people at management level working in front office to cater their duties and responsibilities. These services include Interior Painting Works, Floor Finishing and Furnishing Works, to name a few. Our architectural executives follow varied phases before the final execution like feasibility studies, concept structuring, design development, drawings and design layouts etc. They design the plans keeping in mind the necessary factors like ventilation, safety and strength of the building. After proper study and discussion they go for report building and then consult with the senior team members for timely implementation of project.

Interior Designing

Our interior designing services are provided for interior architecture purpose. The service that we offer include understanding the specific needs and requirements of the clients, drawing out elaborate plans on paper, using quality raw material and providing the interior an accurate, flawless and aesthetic finish.
